Bebe is from Porto Seguro, Bahia in Brazil (the city where Lambada-Zouk aka Zouk Lambada originated) and has had 16 years of teaching & performing Lambada-Zouk in Brazil, Argentina, UK, Spain, Holland, Belgium, Israel, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia. He is hugely popular for his fun & energy.

He's been a headline teacher at all the major Zouk/Lambada-Zouk congresses in the world: 

1.     International Zouk Lambada Congress (in Porto Seguro Brazil, biggest Lambada-Zouk congress in the world) 2.

2.     Brazilian Dance Congress in Amsterdam (Netherlands) 

3.     International Lambada/Zouk Congress in Barcelona (biggest in europe)

4.     London Dance Congress in London UK 

He was an official judge at the Australian Zouk Championships held in Sydney in June 2010, & was a headline international teacher at this also.

He is going to be performing with Viva Latino dance school (from Auckland) at the upcoming Brazil Central congress in Brisbane in the beginning of October 2010. He will also be teaching at Berg's Congress in Porto Seguro, Brazil in January 2011 (which is expected to have 2,000 participants).

He also worked for 6 years as a professional axe dancer/performer in the famous axe cabanas in Porto Seguro, Brazil (including Axe Moi, Toa Toa, and Barramares), and in Buenas Aires, Argentina. He has appeared on tv in South America as a professional dancer.

In 2007, Bebe won 2nd place in the World Zouk Lambada Competition (Professional level).

His performance partners include Patricia Cruz, Josy Borges, Solange Dias & Rominita, some of the most famous female Zouk Lambada dancers in the world. He also performs regularly alongside Braz dos Santos (of Kaoma fame).
